It's a park and it shall be called 'Our Park'

We all have things we love and hate about where we live. some more than others.

We (the Hubs and I) don't really love where we live - how far we have to travel to work, the size of our apartment, carrying (anything including ourselves) up the many stairs and we think the area is pretty ghetto (helicopters fly overhead - often).

BUT, just the other day we discovered we are no more than a 1 minute (2 with traffic!) drive from a pretty piece of heaven... a nature reserve. We went for a picnic and felt like we found a little piece of heaven. There is a small cafe there and is now fondly referred to as 'Our Park'.


This suburb of ours just went up 10 points.
