The past weekend I did a bit of baking, with the assistance of my niece Sienna & nephew Jack.
The menu:
A special vanilla cake with pink buttercream icing to celebrate Siennas election to the Student Council at school (she's only in grade 1)
Then we made Red velvet cupcakes with cream cheese icing and some gluten free chocolate cupcakes for daddy :)
And to top off the weekend...iced sugar cookies!
P.s. My first attempt at red velvet cake... Let's just say "love at first bite" not joking, they are AWESOME!
