I've spent the last week at my parents visit to spend time with my Dad. I'm so excited that my hubby arrives today! 4 nights is the most time we've spent apart since our wedding. Dad is ok, taking more pain medication everyday and sleeping more and more. It's heartbreaking. I hate Cancer, I hate it with my whole being. You feel powerless because there isn't anything you can do to make them better, to take their pain away, to ease their suffering.
